Emma Canalese
Emma is an actor, director, writer and producer and graduate of The Western Australian Academy of the Performing Arts and The Neighborhood Playhouse, NY. She has performed around the world with companies including Acme Physical Theatre-Taiwan, Rogue Shakespeare Company- Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Godlight Theatre Company and The Collective, NY. Credits include Hair (Real Theater Company), One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (Godlight Theatre Company) and indie features Rising Up: Story of the Zombie Revolution, Thursday’s Fictions and Julianne in Burn, The Series. She has done voice work for clients including Vicks Vapo Rub and Samsung and plays a featured voice role in The Leviathan Chronicles podcast.
As a director and choreographer her work includes Einstein and Mileva (World Premiere at Theatre Row, NY), Hollywood Hollywood (Midtown International Theatre Festival, nominated for Best Direction and Best Choreography), Peter and The Starcatcher (Naples Players, Florida), Silent Sky (Naples Players, Florida), Yellowpants (SOLOCOM at The Pit, NY), America (Downtown Urban Theatre Festival, winner of Best Audience Award), Thick Gnat Hands, The Brazilian Dilemma, Stick, Stiff, Any Given School Day and Twenty (Collective NY), A Sense of Purpose On Sundays (IO Myers Theatre at UNSW, Aust) and Par amnesia (Seymour Centre with One Extra Dance, Aust).
Emma co-produced, directed and performed in The Collective NY’s C:10 To Go, a touring production of short plays and workshops aimed at schools and colleges, taken to Coastal Carolina University in 2017. She is co-writer and director of the play, 100 Years of the History of Dance that has had an Australian national tour and sell out season at Fringe World, Perth 2020.
Emma co-wrote and co-directed the short film 13 (Awarded Best Screenplay and nominated for Best Direction in Sparrow Film Project). Upcoming projects: Calendar Girls at The Naples Players.
Nina Mehta
Nina is an actor, writer, producer, and director in New York. FILM/TV: "All Square" (World Premiere 2018 SXSW), "The Rainbow Experiment" (Official Selection, Slamdance 2018), "Crashing" (HBO), “Girls” (HBO), "Inside Amy Schumer" (Comedy Central), "The Box" (Official Selection New Zealand International Film Festival, 2010), “Finding Priya a Prom Date" (Official Selection DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival, 2009). In addition to the arts, Nina is also a digital producer, an educator at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, and NY Regional Board Member for the non-profit social enterprise Indego Africa.
Kimberli Flores
Born and raised in New York City, Kimberli Flores started her career as a professional dancer, touring internationally and performing alongside legendary Latin artists such as Marc Anthony, Tito Puente and Celia Cruz. She attended the William Esper 2-year Meisner Conservatory in NYC, classically trained at the British American Drama Academy at Oxford University, and obtained her Masters Degree in Fine Arts at the USC School of Dramatic Arts in Acting. Kimberli has been working professionally in theater, film, and television, recently wrapping up a critically acclaimed run of “Native Gardens”, by Karen Zacarias at The Old Globe in San Diego. She can be seen on television in Chicago P.D.(NBC), Blue Bloods(CBS), Marvel’s Daredevil (Netflix); as well as in the nationwide theatrical release of the film “Shine.” This coming summer 2020 you can see Kimberli in Lin Manuel Miranda’s highly anticipated film based off of his Tony Award winning play, “In The Heights,” directed by John M. Chu.
Margaret Champagne
Maggie Champagne is an actress, comedian, VO actor, writer and producer. She has performed at Standup NY, NYCC, The Stand, Caroline’s and the Comedy Store. She recently produced and acted in The Rainbow Experiment, which premiered at Slamdance, Moscow International Film Festival, and The Harlem International Film Festival. She co-stars in DIANE recently released by Sony’s Orchard Films. You can see her on the shows Inside Amy Schumer and Law and Order SVU. Maggie is an ensemble member of The Collective Theater Company and lives in Brooklyn with her partner and one year old daughter.
Naomi Warner
Naomi Warner is a New York City based actress and producer, having appeared in multiple award-winning productions, including Seasons 3 & 4 of the Emmy-award winning Comedy Central television series, Inside Amy Schumer. Award winning films include Lara (winner of Best First Time Director at the 2018 Independent Shorts Awards), and Turtleface (winner of the Audience Choice Award, at the 2016 Soho International Film Festival). An alumnus of the William Esper Studio, where she studied under Bill Esper, she recently appeared as Stacey in the first revival of Tennessee William's play Some Problems for the Moose Lodge at the 2018 Tennessee William Theater Festival in Provincetown, MA. Naomi has performed in 5 of the annual Collective:10 Play Festivals (in the one-act plays: Burnt, Shut Ins, The Audience, Aunt Sylvia is Dead and Turtleface.) Other credits include the films: The Rainbow Experiment & The End of Something. Theater credits include: Trojan Women at Foundation Theater, Happy Hour, at the 45th Street Theater, Twelfth Night & Midsummer Night's Dream with Westwind Repertory, and Right As Ron at the Bank Street Theater. Credits as a producer include the Collective-NY Festivals: C:10.4; C:10: Capture, Bound, Escape & C:10-December.
