We are an artist incubator made up of actors, writers, directors, producers, and other industry creatives committed to developing works that drive conversation forward with a dedication to inclusivity.

In 2019, a few of us started meeting in our living rooms to read works out loud for no other reason but to gather together and provide each other with support as working artists. Many of us have been in the industry for years, working with different groups and in various capacities, and saw a real need for a supportive creative community, where we could experiment and try out ideas surrounded by colleagues and peers.

We aim to provide a space where artists are given the freedom to play without judgement, to fail without fear, and to thrive with a community cheering them on.
